We at Burgeon work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

We offer returns within 45 days of purchase back to your original form of payment on any unopened product.

To make a return, please email where you will be sent a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the package we will inspect the item(s) to make sure the product hasn’t been tampered with, the total amount of the product minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must contain 100% of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Order Issues

If a purchase was made outside of our website, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right.

We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

- Only products purchased on may be returned for a refund or exchange.

- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.

- We cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.

- Shipping costs and gift-wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.

- We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.

- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Our current office hours are 10 AM - 6 PM PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.
