How To Apply
Apply 1 pump of Full Circle onto the ring finger (weakest finger and will not pull skin) and dab gently around the whole eye, lid, under-eye, and crow's feet.
Can be applied morning and night for advanced users.
Important: Follow with sunscreen for use in the daytime
